The staff is friendly, and when I requested to change rooms, they actually obliged, which is rare these days. The comfy bed made it easier to ignore the rest of the shortcomings.

the four points was a great experience! the hotel is very pet friendly, which was awesome for us. our room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. the breakfast was fantastic, and the restaurant served good food. the location is perfect for anyone traveling between the us and mexico. loved the heated indoor pool!
